The extremely strong Scley *214* masking tape is designed for plastering and masonry work such as plastering, rendering, and painting. It is used to protect sections of walls, facades, window and door recesses. It can be used on surfaces such as plaster, stone, concrete, brick, both indoors and outdoors.
The tape is made of very strong material with extreme resistance to tearing and mechanical damage, UV radiation, and moisture; it can be used even in adverse weather conditions.
The tape can be used indoors and outdoors for up to 14 days. The maximum temperature at which the tape retains its properties is 60 C (with short-term exposure to temperature). The natural rubber adhesive used in the tape has a very high adhesion strength: 5 on a 5-point scale. Tapes with natural rubber adhesive are moisture-resistant, which is why they are recommended for use with painting machines.
The tape is intended for very rough surfaces. It easily peels off the substrate without leaving any adhesive residue.
