Unlike most competing models, the everActive FL-600 uses an original, very efficient Cree XM-L2 LED rated at 10W, which allows for greater light output while maintaining long run times. Cree Incorporated is a renowned American manufacturer specializing in producing high-quality light-emitting diodes, or LEDs.

The flashlight has 5 operating modes: 100%, 50%, 25%, flashing, and SOS, a lens that generates an even beam of light, and the ability to smoothly adjust the beam focus. The FL-600 is powered by three thin batteries R03 / AAA or a single lithium cell 18650 (not included). Both alkaline batteries and rechargeable batteries can be used to power the flashlight.

The housing of the everActive FL-600 is made of durable aluminum painted black, and thanks to rubber O-rings, it is weather-resistant. The deeply embedded switch located at the back of the flashlight allows it to be used as a candle (on a flat surface) in case of a power failure. The cap with the switch has a hook for attaching a wrist strap (strap included).
