UNI-T UT667 is a modern industrial borescope designed for quick and accurate inspection of areas that are difficult or impossible to access without disassembling equipment. Thanks to the use of a camera on a 5-meter semi-rigid cable, it allows for the inspection of the interiors of machines, installations, pipelines, and other hard-to-reach spaces without the need to stop the operation of the system being examined.
The device is suitable for any situation where efficient diagnostics, reduced downtime, and non-invasive inspection of components are important. For this reason, the UT667 can be used in various industries, including automotive, aerospace, petrochemical, chemical, energy, and shipbuilding, as well as in construction and service work.
Large screen and clear image
The inspection is facilitated by a 4.3-inch IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 1280 × 720 pixels. The displayed image can be zoomed in and out, rotated, and switched between color and black-and-white modes. Such features make it easier to assess the condition of the inspected surfaces and detect potential damage.
8 mm camera and 5-meter cable
The probe is equipped with an 8 mm diameter camera and a 70° field of view, allowing for effective observation of the interiors of pipes, devices, and other hard-to-reach spaces. The semi-rigid cable retains its shape, making it easier to maneuver the probe during operation.
The camera has an IP67 ingress protection rating, allowing it to be used in conditions where dust or moisture is present.
LED Lighting and Convenient Diagnostics
Built-in 8 LED lights with brightness adjustment allow for proper illumination of the controlled area, even when inspection takes place inside dark structural elements. The UT667 is also equipped with a 2000 mAh Li-Ion battery, providing about 5 hours of operation on a single charge.
