Uni-T UT336A Refrigerant Leak Detector is a precise tool designed for the quick detection of leaks in air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Equipped with a sensitive corona sensor, it allows for effective localization of refrigerant leaks. Precise detection of refrigerant leaks
UT336A uses a negative corona sensor with a maximum sensitivity of 3 g/a, enabling the detection of even small leaks. The device offers 6 levels of sensitivity adjustment, allowing the user to tailor the detector's operation to current conditions and the size of the detected leak. A short warm-up time of just 3 seconds allows for quick measurement initiation.
The six-level alarm light indicates the detected leak level, facilitating its localization. The zero reset function allows for resetting the readings and adjusting the device to current environmental conditions, enhancing convenience and work effectiveness.
Practical additional features
The UT336A is equipped with a mute function that allows for operation without sound signals, as well as automatic shutdown to reduce battery consumption. The battery level indicator informs the user about the power status, allowing for timely preparation for battery replacement.
The device is powered by four AA alkaline batteries and provides up to 20 hours of continuous operation. The replaceable probe has a lifespan of approximately 50 hours under normal detection conditions. The operating temperature range from 0°C to 50°C and the ability to operate at humidity below 95% RH without condensation allow for the use of the detector in various service conditions.
The compact housing with dimensions of 190 × 65 × 43 mm (without the probe rod) and a weight of 312 g without batteries make the UT336A convenient for daily use and facilitate leak detection even in hard-to-reach places.
