Uni-T UT12M is a professional, non-contact alternating voltage (AC) detector, which has been designed for electricians, installers and individual users who value safety and convenience of work. The device enables quick and precise detection of voltage in electrical wires and sockets, and also offers a magnetic field detection function, thanks to which it allows you to check the correct operation of coils, relays or solenoid valves
The tester operates in two ranges – lowvoltage (24–1000 V AC) and high voltage (90–1000 V AC) modes, which makes it a versatile tool for both basic household work and professional industrial applications. The presence of voltage is indicated by both an LED and an acoustic signal, the frequency of which increases as the device is brought closer to a live wire. An additional convenience is the built-in LED flashlight, which allows you to work in dark rooms or hard-to-reach corners of the installation.
The UT12M's design is made of solid materials, and the housing meets the IP67 standard, which provides full protection against dust and water. The tester is also resistant to drops from a height of up to 2 meters, which increases its durability during intensive use. To save energy, the device automatically switches off after a period of inactivity, and an additional indicator informs you when the battery is low. The power supply is provided by two AAA batteries, which are included in the set.
