Battery carbon monoxide sensor with Kidde K5DCO display

Kidde K5DCO is a modern carbon monoxide (carbon monoxide) sensor equipped with an LCD display, designed to effectively protect household members from dangerous CO gas.  
With battery power, the detector can be mounted anywhere in the room, providing protection even in the event of a mains power failure.

The Kidde K5DCO carbon monoxide sensor measures the concentration of CO in the air every second. When the permissible carbon monoxide level is exceeded, the device triggers a loud audible alarm (85 dB) and a red LED.
The built-in LCD display shows the current CO concentration (0-999 PPM), and a special function allows you to check the highest recorded carbon monoxide level stored in the memory.

The sensor also informs you when an alarm has been activated in the last 14 days – this is especially useful when the user wants to check whether carbon monoxide emissions have occurred during their absence.

In addition, the device constantly monitors the status of the sensor, circuits and battery level, signaling any irregularities both optically and audibly. After 10 years from commissioning, the sensor reminds you to replace it.
